Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Buildflic, provided by Buildflic Private Limited. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

Buildflic is AI construction project management. It tracks your timeline against real progress, projects budget overruns, estimates progress from site photos and coordinates material and subcontractor scheduling.

The service is provided on a subscription basis, by plan, counted against the number of active projects you track.

When you sign up, we create an account and send your login details to the email you provide. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

You agree to give accurate details at sign-up and to keep them current, so the right people retain the right access.

The schedules, budgets, progress logs, site photos and other project data you put into Buildflic remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that data in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data and photos you add, and for ensuring your use of the service respects the rights of others on your projects.

You agree to use Buildflic only for managing legitimate construction projects, and not to misuse it - no attempts to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or reverse-engineer the product.

Access is role-based; you agree not to work around those controls to reach views or data outside your role.

Buildflic produces projections and estimates - overrun predictions, cascading-delay impacts and photo-based progress reads. These are decision aids drawn from the data available, not guarantees.

A projected final cost assumes current patterns continue; a photo-based progress read is an estimate a site engineer confirms. You remain responsible for the decisions you make on your projects.

Plans run monthly or annually and are set against your number of active projects. Fees are agreed with you before your plan begins.

Completed and archived projects remain available to review and do not count against your active-project limit.

We work to keep Buildflic available and dependable, but the service is provided as is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

From time to time we may carry out maintenance or make changes that improve the product.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and where we do, we will act reasonably and tell you why.

On closure, your data is handled as set out in our privacy policy.

To the extent the law allows, Buildflic Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period the claim relates to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Where a change is material, we will make it clear rather than quietly amend the text, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
